Kristy Ludy is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing with the "Dwyer School of Health Sciences" at Indiana University South Bend. She completed her ADN from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, her BSN from Purdue University (Calumet), and her MSN with emphasis in nursing education from Brookline College. She is also a Registered Nurse and works as a Nursing Supervisor at Elkhart General Hospital. Kristy has experience in acute hospital care, over 10 years in the float pool, long-term care, along with pediatric and adult home health. She enjoys teaching all spectrums of nursing students from Fundamentals to Capstone. She is the coordinator for the Elkhart Nursing Honor Guard and also participates in various other nursing related councils and organizations.
