Dr. Teresa Dobrzykowski began her teaching career at IUSB in 1989, teaching Women’s Health to undergraduate students. During her tenure at IUSB, she has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses and has served on several committees. Currently she serves as the Coordinator of the RN BSN Program. As a certified adult-gero nurse practitioner, she remains clinically active providing care at the IUSB Health & Wellness Center. She serves the community as the volunteer provider of the new PreP clinic, a collaborative effort between IUSB Health & Wellness Center and AIDS Ministries. Her research interests surround the concepts of transition and feeling comfortable, particularly in the context of chronic pain. She continues to teach graduate and undergraduate students in her areas of clinical expertise as well as research, pathophysiology and theory.
