Patricia "Tish" Kelly-Holmes, M.D. ABIHM

Patricia "Tish" Kelly-Holmes, M.D. ABIHM, is a board certified Integrative Medicine physician. Dr. Kelly-Holmes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston College and a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. She was residency trained in Emergency Medicine at Georgetown University and George Washington University Hospitals in Washington, D.C. Over the past fifteen years, Dr. Kelly-Holmes has had further specialty training and certification in Integrative Medicine and Functional Medicine.

She enjoys approaching health problems holistically in order to get to the root cause of the person’s problem and treat accordingly. Dr. Kelly-Holmes takes a proactive approach to health and wellness through lifestyle modification and enjoys helping people live healthier, happier lives. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family. She also enjoys swimming, cycling, walking, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.

Kari Frame, Clinic Operations Director

Kari Frame is the Clinic Operations Director of the Health & Wellness Center. She has earned her Paramedic Health Science Degree at Ivy Tech. Kari started working at the Health & Wellness Center in June 2011. You will find Kari to be knowledgeable, energetic and helpful! She also teaches CPR for IUSB and the surrounding community. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Teresa "Teri" Dobrzykowski, PhD, APRN-BC

Teresa "Teri" Dobrzykowski, PhD, APRN-BC is the Director of Care Services of the Health & Wellness Center. She is a certified adult nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse. While able to care for teens and adults, her clinical areas of interest include gendered and reproductive health, and gerontology. She is a full-time associate professor in the School of Nursing, where she teaches across all programs.

Her research areas of interest include how people experience life changes due to a multitude of events, with an emphasis on feeling comfortable and changes that can affect their holistic health. She is a Parse scholar and an active member of the International Consortium of Parse Scholars.
